All of our personalised treats are baked fresh to order, so please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be freshly made and then dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Unfortunately, we can't currently ship outside of the UK, but it’s something we’re working on! Drop us an email if you'd like your area added to our upcoming delivery locations.

Yes we do! And we have a whole 'Bespoke Bakes' service dedicated to creating custom, branded dog biscuits.

We have lots of biscuit options on our website that can be personalised, but if you're looking for something completely custom then our 'Bespoke Bakes' dog biscuit service is what you need!

Please note that we have a minimum order of 24 biscuits, and pricing is based on the size, design and quantities. We typically require a minimum of 2 weeks notice but sometimes we have space to fulfil last minute orders, so do reach out and we will see what we can do!

Our biscuits are freshly made to order, and have a shelf life of 6 months, if stored in a cool, dry place (although they are usually gobbled up before this!).

Our treat kits have a shelf life of 12 months.

As many of our treats are given as gifts, we don't include prices in our orders, and to become more eco-friendly and reduce waste, we have just phased out including any packing slips, as these are all available online.

We have the option to add a personalised gift card and note to all orders.

We use all-natural, high-quality, organic ingredients in all of our dog treats. Our ingredients include organic peanut butter and gluten-free flours such as buckwheat and chickpea flour. We do not use any preservatives, artificial flavours, or colours in our treats.

All of our treats are made with natural, high-quality ingredients, and we use plant-based, grain-free, wheat-free flours, so are suitable for sensitive tummies, but we do advise speaking to you vet if your dog has any dietary concerns.

All of our treats are handmade and baked fresh to order in small batches. Each biscuit is hand stamped with a "paw of approval" and made from start to finish with care and love by our small family team in our dedicated dog bakery in Berkshire.

Yes! All of our biscuits and products are made with 100% plant based ingredients.
